MARSHALL BARBERS LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Marshall Barbers Loyalty Programme (“Programme”), which allows you to earn loyalty rewards for every R1000 you spend at Marshall Barbers. By participating in the Programme, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Programme is open to all Marshall Barbers clients of all ages.

1.2. Programme membership is free and requires no purchase.

  1. Earning Loyalty Rewards:

2.1. For every R1000 spent on eligible services only at Marshall Barbers, you will earn a R100 loyalty reward.

2.2. Rewards will accumulate based on your total spending and will be credited to your account.

2.3. Only purchases made directly at Marshall Barbers are eligible for reward accumulation.

  1. Reward Redemption:

3.1. Accumulated rewards can be redeemed for future purchases at Marshall Barbers. Rewards cannot be used for the purchase of retail products sold at Marshall Barbers.

3.2. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions, or vouchers.

3.3. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  1. Reward Expiry:

4.1. There is no time limit for the redemption of accumulated rewards.

4.2. Rewards will remain valid as long as the Programme is active and your membership is in good standing.

  1. Rewards Transfer:

5.1. Rewards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

5.2. Rewards cannot be gifted, sold, or otherwise transferred to another individual.

  1. Programme Changes and Termination:

6.1. Marshall Barbers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice.

6.2. In the event of Programme termination, all accumulated rewards will expire.

  1. Data and Privacy:

7.1. By participating in the Programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Marshall Barbers’ Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law:

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Marshall Barbers Loyalty Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Marshall Barbers reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms at its sole discretion.
